Regardless of your sexual orientation, gender identity, racial identity, cultural identity, religion, ethnicity, beliefs, physical abilities, age, social class, socioeconomic status, etc. , I will respect you and genuinely care about you. Everyone is welcome here. 

 

 You must be 18+ to purchase a reading. Kylin is entitled to ask for age verification if she finds it necessary to do so. No refunds will be issued back if you break the age requirement. All readings are kept 100% confidential. If you want to receive a personal reading from me, I leave the initiation of connection to you. I do not and will never personally solicit my clients for business.

I am fully transparent with all of my clients. I will always be upfront and honest. I cherish each and every one of my clients. If you are disrespectful, obnoxious or threatening towards me or any member of the Tarot By Kylin, LLC Team then any scheduled reading will be cancelled, no refund will be issued back to you, and you will no longer have the option to book a personal reading with me again. I do not tolerate disrespect. Treat me and my team with respect as we will treat you.

During your personal reading, the Tarot cards will advise you on a certain course of action, but that does not mean that I am telling you what to do. You have free will. My job is not to tell you what to do but to show you the possible routes that you can choose to take if you feel it is best. Your decisions are 1110% your own, and I do not, and will not ever, impede on the free will of others. To do that would be the exact opposite of healing and self empowerment which is a main component of my intentions for creating and maintaining Tarot By Kylin, LLC. I will always advise you but in the end, your decision is 100% your own.

I am only willing to give a reading based on ethical topics such as:

-Career.

-Friendships.

-Relationships.

-Intuitive Guidance.

-Spirit Guides.

-Past Life.

I will NOT give a reading based on unethical topics such as:

-Pregnancy readings including gender reveals, future conception, etc.

-Medical issues, mental or physical health, etc.

-When & how you’re going to die.

-Spying on your ex in anyways, for any reason.

Bookings for Tarot By Kylin, LLC’s services are in high demand. For this reason, double bookings may occur. If you book an appointment time that has been double booked due to high volumes of clients booking readings at the same time, you will immediately be notified and your scheduled appointment will be moved to the next best available opening. You will not receive a refund for the rescheduling of your booked session if a double booking has occurred.

Due to legal requirements, we must say the services offered are for entertainment purposes only. The services provided are not a substitution for medical, legal or financial advice. The reading(s) you receive from Kylin is subject to your own interpretation. You are fully responsible for your own interpretation and life choices. What is said during our session together, can not medically predict &/or cure any mental disorders or physical illnesses of any sort. Kylin is not liable for any decisions or actions taken by said client. Kylin does not condone making any life changing decisions or actions based on a personal reading. Kylin’ s readings are not final or set in stone by any means. You have free will to make any decision(s) you choose.

Kylin has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, and at any time.

 

Kylin reserves the right to reschedule booked sessions for personal emergencies. If Kylin moves your appointment, it will be rescheduled for the next best available date/time. This can be weeks or months later.

If your scheduled booking time is missed, shortened or cancelled by the client or for whom ever services are being purchased for, no refunds or exchanges will be made. The appointment(s) will not be rescheduled or extended in any way. It is your responsibility to make sure that you have sufficient cell phone service, a quiet location, off time, etc. Thank you for understanding.

Due to legal reasons, we must inform all customers that Tarot By Kylin, LLC does not claim that any of our products heal, cure, fix or bring about solutions to problems in any way.

If Kylin has to reschedule with you, you will receive an email from kylin@tarotbykylin.com 

Please check spam folder if you are expecting a reading from Kylin and you haven’t received a link or a phone call on the day of your scheduled booking.

 

Tarot By Kylin, LLC is not responsible for misplaced emails, or emails being sent directly to your spam folder. We will not refund a session in regards to those circumstances.

PAYMENT PLANS/DEPOSITS:

 

If you have organized a payment plan with Tarot By Kylin, LLC or given a deposit of any amount, and you miss payments or decide to forgo paying your current payment plan, no refund will be issued back to you.

EXPRESS DELIVERY FEE:

Tarot By Kylin, LLC charges a minimum $50.00 express delivery fee. If you choose to receive your personal reading ahead of Kylin’s wait time, you are responsible for paying an additional $50.00 along with the Intuitive Service you receive. Express delivery charges are non-refundable. No exceptions.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS: 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. The Services are offered subject to our acceptance of your order or requests. No order is deemed accepted by us until payment has been processed.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

ORDER CONFIRMATION: 

You will receive an email to confirm your booking order. You will receive an email to confirm your purchase of any products. You will receive a confirmation shipping email with the tracking number included.  In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform me as soon as possible.

SHIPPING POLICY:

All products purchased from Tarot By Kylin, LLC will be shipped with Priority Shipping (2-3 business days) unless USPS restrictions are implied for your area/country then Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) will be chosen. If you need overnight shipping, please contact kylin@tarotbykylin.com and we will send you an online invoice for the express shipping fee. Due to high volumes of orders, shipping may take up to 1 week. Tarot By Kylin, LLC is not responsible for wrong address submission. If you enter the wrong address at checkout, you will be charged an additional shipping fee to have it reshipped to you. It is important to note that Kylin requires signatures for every package. It is your responsibility to make sure that you or someone else will be available to sign for your package on the day of delivery. If your package is returned unclaimed, you will be charged an additional shipping fee to have it reshipped to you. Thank you for understanding.

RETURN POLICY: 

Tarot By Kylin, LLC is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. 

If your item(s) is damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within the same day of delivery and provide us with pictures of the damage. Upon reviewing your email, a member from the Tarot By Kylin, LLC Team will immediately issue you a pre-paid return shipping label or pay for shipping. Item must be returned in the packaging that it came in. Once we have received the item(s) back from you, we will send you a replacement or a full refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations will not receive a refund under any circumstances. If the client requests to reschedule with Kylin, they must repurchase the session again. Kylin is entitled to cancel or reschedule herself for any reason, and she will only then reschedule a session(s) for free. Tarot By Kylin, LLC does not offer refunds for any personal readings, unless Kylin feels it is necessary.

By booking a one on one session, requesting a written reading or participating in an event with Kylin, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended and fully agreed with the following statements. 

A reading or private session with Kylin is not a replacement to, or substitute for face to face, in person qualified medical, psychological, psychiatric or legal advice, diagnosis or treatment.
